Amorix Privacy Policy

Amorix ("we", "our", "the App") is built to be private-first. This policy explains what information the App processes, where it is stored, and the choices you have. It applies to the Amorix apps (AI Reply Assistant and Date Planner).

1. Summary

No account is required. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or contacts.
Your conversations, generated replies, and date plans are stored only on your device.
When you use AI generation, the text you provide is relayed to a third-party AI provider — we do not store it.
A random device identifier is used only to enforce the free daily quota and subscription status. It contains no personal information.
No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no trackers.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, or any social-media account data. The App does not read or upload your conversations, photos, or messages on its own.

3. Data Stored Only on Your Device

Preferences: your selected moods, scenarios, tone, reply language, and app settings.
History: generated replies and date plans you choose to keep.

All of the above are saved in the App's local storage on your device only. They are never uploaded to us. You can erase everything by uninstalling the App or clearing its data.

4. AI Generation and the Device Identifier

The App offers AI-generated chat replies and date plans through our service. When you request one:

What is sent: the text you provide (for example, the message you want to reply to, your selected mood or scenario, and your date preferences), plus your selected options.
Where it goes: the request is relayed by our backend service to a third-party AI provider, which generates the content. The result is returned to your device.
Device identifier: each installation uses a random identifier generated on your device. It contains no personal information and is used solely to enforce the free daily quota (currently 10 generations per day) and to validate your subscription status.
Retention: we do not store your conversation content or generated results on our servers. Requests are processed transiently. Third-party AI providers may process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Screenshot Scanning (Optional)

If you choose to scan a conversation screenshot to get reply suggestions, the content of that screenshot is processed by the third-party AI provider to generate suggestions. It is never stored by us and is never linked to your identity.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are purchased and managed entirely through the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment details.

7. Language Detection on First Launch

On first launch, the App detects your device/system language to choose the interface language. If the language cannot be determined, the App may query the general country code of your network IP address once, solely to decide which interface language to show. This lookup does not identify you, is not linked to your device, and no result is stored by us.

8. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The App contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, no trackers, and no third-party marketing code.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is a dating-oriented product. It does not target children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

10. Security

All network communication uses HTTPS encryption. Because your personal content stays on your device, there is no server-side account database holding your conversations.

11. Your Data and Deletion

Since we do not hold personal data or accounts, there is nothing to request for deletion. Uninstalling the App (or clearing its data) permanently erases all preferences and history stored on your device.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
